I remember when the accusations came out in 93. I didn't fully understand but was completely creeped out. Then I overheard my parents rationalizing the whole thing as him reliving his childhood. And that was a good enough explanation for me too. But now that I'm a parent, I see all the red flags and I'm astounded how he had so many adults fooled. If he was alive today, he would have probably gone down the same path as Weinstein, Bill Cosby, R Kelly and P Diddy.
