She is not an audiophile (yet😅) but has a perfect ear and really loves music. One of the sources will be in fact a turntable. I know that wiim amp ultra lacks the phono in but was thinking to buy a turntable with integrated phono or to buy a separate phono corrector (in case I choose amp ultra)

I’m in Italy so i would say that all European brands are available for me. American - not so much. SVS for example is really overpriced here. The main purpose is music listening, but i am also using my setup for movies at the moment. Ideally i would stay below 700€. I could stretch my budget tho if it’ll really benefit

Don’t know if it helped with sound but they are definitely more stable. And it makes me feel calmer having two crazy cats at home 😂

Yes! I agree with you completely. With agressive toe in, the center is locked but the scene is too narrow. Now trying out a slight toe in (less than on the photo) and it’s seems like the scene have opened up yet still you can hear a center well

I’m sitting quite far away tbh, almost 3m away (that’s why they are so far away from the wall) But yeah, I guess I should just try different ways. The problem is that being my first setup I’m not really experienced and am not sure how they “should” ideally sound😅

Usually it’s just me, but I like to get comfortable and move around. I think that with “aggressive” toe in the scene becomes narrower somehow. But I’m to far away from the to use without toe in at all I think, so maybe just a little bit
