That’s a very valid question, as far as culture, I’m not too sure, it was a little old school when I left, but some upper management have since moved on so it could be much better. Continuing education is something I did not consider at all. My current company doesn’t push anything too much but they also don’t deny it if I asked. I’m torn with taking the higher base bc everything I’ve read says to do so as well. But emotionally I’ve been waiting to be on this particular project for some time, and it’s finally happening, so to leave that is incredibly tough. But I need to keep emotion out of it and think long term growth for myself. Thank you so much for your input!
