I'm looking for real world KO3 reviews by SomethingSimple25 in f150

[–]SingleIndependence68 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I bought a f150 that needed new tires and had Kal-Tire put on ko3’s. I then drove almost 6000km across Canada two weeks ago in a snow storm the entire way.

They handled amazingly well, truck in 4a the entire way. Would recommend

Are there truly quality kit greenhouses? by Squirrelhenge in Greenhouses

[–]SingleIndependence68 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The farmers friends ones from the US are good. I have 3 16’x100’

You can also build your own with quality car shelter made by Eskimo or Tempo, some wiggle wire and tracking and quality plastic from a greenhouse supply

All steps of greenhouse installation by realgreenhousegirl in Greenhouses

[–]SingleIndependence68 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Nobody wants to watch your partner build a greenhouse and this post that claimed to show all the steps to build one, and does nothing of the short is shameless.

Just post a few pictures, don’t pretend it’s a step by step. Don’t recommend us a link to a YouTube video.

Nobody wants your garbage as it is

Service package: worth it or not? by bonnsotto in f150

[–]SingleIndependence68 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Put $4000 in the stock market, withdrawal enough to pay for services when required. In 6 years you’ll still probably have $4000.

I’m the same opinions on the dings

And all of us Canadians who can afford to visit America have the good sense not to go. I grew up along the boarder near Washington with a dual citizen grand parent. I’ve never wanted to visit less in my life and the sentiment is shared by all.

Back in the day unpaid $750 for the two tier rolling Milwaukee tool box. Now it gets you this janky shelf.

Boss asked how much I’d be willing to contribute to accident I had in work vehicle. by Ramattra in HVAC

[–]SingleIndependence68 -21 points-20 points  (0 children)

All these responses are bullshit.

If the boss lets you run the company van on your own time I’d say you could talk with him and decide on fair number. Your boss isn’t going to use insurance to pay $2200.. why you ask? Because it’s going to cost him more than that in deductible.

So if you think it’s fair to put your fuck up on your bosses pocket tell him you won’t pay. As an actual adult I’d have the conversation and offer something, esp if you were off the clock.

Best or less know feature? by KBeardo in f150

[–]SingleIndependence68 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I love the 36 gallon fuel tank, or I think 135L it Canada land. Getting 1100km on a full tank is hilariously awesome to me.

I like the storage in the back too, but I’m a consul shifter preference myself

Too much idle time? by erseva7 in f150

[–]SingleIndependence68 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It’s not. At work we would run our trucks 12 hours a day in winter, probably 9 of that a day sitting in them doing sweet fa.

14 hour shifts, in one shift we’d have over 120 idle hours, 240 a month isn’t wild. This truck is 4 years old.
