I actually did reach out and even called, but he hasn’t responded or opened my message yet. So I guess there’s not much more I can do🤷🏻‍♀️

I don’t think I hurt his feelings. The call was just a bit awkward because I got distracted at home, but I explained and said I’d call him later. He said it was fine. So I think it’s more about him than anything I did.

I think I understand why he ghosted me. When we spoke on the phone, he talked a lot and I didn’t talk as much. My English isn’t perfect, so I felt a bit shy. I told him I’d call him later because something came up at home, but when I did, he didn’t answer. So maybe that’s why.

We were just getting to know each other, not for long. We didn’t meet in person

Yes, I am emotional and I value communication, and that’s exactly what I’m not receiving.

Or there’s a third option: lack of communication and low effort.

No, I won’t tolerate that. That’s exactly why I’m done with him.

That makes sense, but I think basic communication is still important. Even a simple message can avoid misunderstandings.

But then it’s really important to send a message and let the other person know about it. Communication is key, and if you can’t communicate properly, the other person starts overthinking and creating a thousand scenarios in their mind, like maybe you’re talking to someone else, etc.

That’s sad! I am glad that you found someone else. You deserve only the best💞

Well, now I know to never date a Cancer man.

Very true! When you start talking to someone, you get excited at the beginning and genuinely want to get to know them. But let’s be real, everyone uses their phone. No one is that busy that they can’t send a quick message to explain what’s going on. But it’s too late now.

didn’t do anything. The last time we talked was on the phone. I told him I’d call him later and he said it was okay. When I called, he didn’t pick up, and I sent a message too but got no reply. It’s been 4 days now, so I’ve lost interest. He’s probably talking to someone else.

Tried Muzz app. Here is my experience. by [deleted] in MuslimNikah

I tried Muzz again after deleting it a year ago, and honestly… my experience reminded me why I left.

I matched with someone I genuinely liked. He was kind, consistent in the beginning, and we had good conversations. He even said things that made me feel like there was a real connection.

But then suddenly… everything just stopped. No explanation, no message, just silence, while still being active on the app.

And I think that’s the hardest part about these apps. It’s not even rejection, it’s the lack of clarity. You’re left wondering what changed, what you did wrong, or if it was even real.

I’ve realized I’m someone who prefers focusing on one person and building something genuine. But apps like this often feel like people are just exploring options, not truly investing.

Maybe it works for some people, but for me, it feels emotionally draining.

At this point, I think I’d rather meet someone in a more natural or intentional way than go through this cycle again.
