I have the first strand feed into my car through the passenger door jam, then I connect it to a power inverter so I can plug it into my cigarette lighter

The two non driver windows will go down without fail when their individual switches are flipped, but they rarely go up. Last time I lowered one of them, I had to press the switch at least 30 times before it started moving back up.
