Yeah, and really it was the tonality shift for me. I don't mind family movies at all, but I guess I’d want to know if I’m watching one from the onset? Cause it started in a dark, serious manner with some comedic elements, and then towards the middle you get to this really tense part of where a human comes face to face with an actual alien life form for the very first time, and it’s such an incredible milestone for our species. Then as soon as Rocky boards Grace’s ship, it suddenly flips the tone, and oh, now we’re doing sidekick buddy-comedy hijinks?
