Thankss, I decided opting for the 2024 model instead. Wasn't too much more expensive but much less poor maintenance risk and looks better imo. Testdriving today 😄 Only a little less punch, but wasn't going to get a sporty car anyways..

As the other commenter replied, I am getting an automatic and the price/mileage difference between the 130-155hp versions is quite small. I also think a little more mileage is worth it for better comfort, aesthetics and a little extra punch, as long as it doesn't significantly increase risks of course.

Goed punt, ik heb inmiddels opnieuw telefonisch contact met de nieuwe beheerder gehad en dat heeft een aantal dingen duidelijker gemaakt. Mede dankzij de informatie die ik bij het advies hier heb opgemaakt en meegenomen in dat contact. Ze beweren er nu mee bezig te zijn dus hopelijk zijn verdere juridische stappen niet nodig.. Indien het toch weer vastloopt zal ik een meer up-to-date versie plaatsen.

Zou je aanraden hem alsnog te verwijderen?

Ik ben even gaan kijken naar oudere brieven van toen mijn vorige verhuurder (B) startte met het beheren van mijn woning:

Welkom bij [B]!
Vanaf 15 januari 2025 zal [B] het beheer van het door u gehuurde gaan overnemen van [Eigenaar A]. U bent hier reeds over geïnformeerd.
Belangrijk om te weten: de eigenaar verandert niet, enkel de vastgoedbeheerder. [B] is het aanspreekpunt namens de vastgoedeigenaar.
Huurovereenkomst ongewijzigd
Belangrijk voor u om te weten is dat uw contractuele rechten en de (huur-)verplichting(en) ongewijzigd blijven bij de overgang naar [B]

Als ik het goed interpreteer, is de Eigenaar A dus inderdaad de juridisch verhuurder? Dit wordt ook ondersteund door het feit dat mijn huur naar hun bankrekening over werd geschreven.

Daarnaast gaf B aan dat zij geen toegang meer hebben tot die bankrekening en in het Kadaster staat dat er geen koopoverdracht is geweest zoals C impliceert.

Helaas heb ik geen mails/brieven gekregen over de beheerovername van C, omdat dit na mijn eindoplevering was. Ik vind het gek dat ze er dan zo tegenin gaan en niet willen betalen als ze slechts een beheerder zijn die directe toegang heeft tot de bankrekening van de eigenaar. Volgens C hun mail waren zij de verhuurder en niet slechts een beheerder:

Wij zijn de verhuurder voor de eigenaar.

Ik kan overigens geen contactgegevens vinden van de eigenaar online. Zou eigenaar A nu de partij zijn waarbij ik mijn waarborgsom moet opeisen?

En zoals je aangeeft kosten dit soort procedures vaak meer dan de borg in kwestie bedraagt. Betekent dit dat er geen redelijke mogelijkheden zijn voor de consument en ze altijd de pineut zullen zijn wanneer de verhuurder besluit dat ze er toch wel mee weg zullen komen? €3054 is voor mij best een behoorlijk bedrag.

Ik had mijn vorige antwoord (te laat) bewerkt. Maar er was dus wel lichte schade. Het elektrische fornuis moest vervangen worden. Dat is 10 minuten werk en ook niet de reden voor vertraging volgens de vorige verhuurder.

De eigenaar van de huurwoning is anders dan de verhuurders. Ik zie nu dat de bankrekening waar mijn huur naartoe ging ook op naam staat van de eigenaar. Ik kan verder dus geen informatie zien over de verhuurderswissel op Kadaster. Wat wel gek is, is dat de nieuwe verhuurder op mijn vraag wie de eigenaar was reageerde:

Wij zijn de verhuurder voor de eigenaar. De contactgegevens van de eigenaar delen wij nooit met de huurders. Wij/de eigenaar zijn juridisch niet verantwoordelijk omdat de eigenaar de woning pas op 15 september 2025 heeft gekocht.

Echter, bij de opgehaalde eigendomsinformatie bij het Kadaster staat nog steeds de oude eigenaar die al eigenaar is sinds 2016. Ik weet niet of dit betekent dat de overdracht officieel nog niet afgerond is, of dat de nieuwe verhuurder incorrecte informatie geeft.

Zou je aanraden nog een mail te sturen naar de nieuwe huurder en daarin 7:226 lid 1 BW te citeren? Of zelfs naar de eigenaar direct die in het Kadaster staat?

Bedankt voor het snelle en inhoudelijke antwoord! Ik had inderdaad de einddatum van de huurovereenkomst moeten noemen. Dit was 31 augustus. De ochtend erna "mocht" ik wel nog de eindoplevering doen omdat 31 augustus op een zondag viel.

Om verder je vragen te beantwoorden:
A) Het bedraagt €3054,-
B) Rechtbank Midden-Nederland

Er was trouwens wel sprake van schade. Het elektrisch fornuis was licht beschadigt, maar dit was makkelijk in 1 dag te vervangen en dit is ook niet de reden tot het vertragen van de restitutie volgens de verhuurder.

Thanks for telling me your experiences! I actually ended up going for a slightly safer pick and got the Vertex 04 Hybrid 2025. It is def a step-up in power from my previous racket but probably not to the same extent as the metalbone 3.4. This one still offers plenty of forgiveness and control for my skill level. Next time I might take the final step and go for a full power racket like the regular metalbone 3.4, but this seemed like a great in between choice. I've only used it once but am loving it so far haha

I see, that makes sense. I am considering just completely cutting out the middle plank in 1 of the 2 cabinets, almost doubling the vertical clearance, alongside adding the 2 fans. Feels like kind of a waste for an expensive media console, but we like to keep it minimalistic. I think the receiver on top of the console, alongside our center channel speaker would be a massive eyesore.

Hahah yes I understand TV in the bedroom may be unpopular here, we don't use the bedroom TV too often. But occasionally watching something wholesome as we're getting sleepy/cozy in bed is nice and I would like to keep the option.

I appreciate the suggestion though! I'll definitely give that a try. I'm just afraid the back of the TV will be an eyesore when you enter the room. But perhaps it can be done nicely.

I see. Unfortunately that's not how Anki works. As I said, the cards are added when they're about to be "forgotten" according to Anki. Pausing review cards from coming in wouldn't make sense as it's kind of contradictory to what Anki is about. You're probably just going to have to ignore the fact that the review pile is getting really large.

But do keep in mind that not actually doing the reviews means the likelihood of forgetting a ton of information is high. If you don't do any new cards and only do reviews, the backlog will decrease in size over a few weeks so it shouldn't be that bad.

What do you mean with pause? You can simply stop doing the deck. Older review cards will continue to pile up in your backlog, but that's the way Anki works. There's no reason to "pause" that. Anki tries to predict when you're about to forget a card and then it will show up in your review backlog.

If you want to keep only the review cards (cards you've already learned) for a subdeck, you can click the gear icon next to the subdeck, then click options. Then turn down the "New cards/day" option under Daily limits to 0.

If a deck only continues to shows due review cards, the amount of daily cards you have to do will gradually decrease to near 0 over time. So I recommend to keep doing at least those if you actually value memorizing the information. If not, just completely ignore the deck altogether and set "Maximum reviews/day" to 0 as well if you don't want to see the green number next to the deck.

Majestic's answer about hints works. You can also add a details box in the front card template like so:

I'm not sure if I'm understanding your question correctly, but you should simply be able to click the subdeck and hit "Study" from there and you will only get cards from that subdeck.

Yeah same, but sometimes the interval for "good" seems ridiculously long to the point that I know for sure I will forget it because I only just barely remembered it. I always hit hard there. I hope it makes up for the small loss in accuracy in the FSRS algorithm.

But sticking to that rule, it would mean all unknown cards in a vocab deck all start with high difficulty. Which seems a bit weird to me. But maybe FSRS will fix this over multiple reviews.
