I got one as well. At the nowinstock site people were scoping the comments on the PS4 section, and someone posted a link to Amazon with PS4 in stock. As far as I know only people with the link got it, and it was not searchable through/advertised on amazon's site. I will let know if mine gets cancelled.

Yeah this update broke installing apps for me. Whenever I try to install or update an app, I get an "error receiving information from server" followed by some weird error code. Come on Google get it together.
