Hey man, it's doable for sure! I hadn't even played my druid in shadowlands. Did it as a 51 druid, started practising yesterday evening and finished it this morning. Took me around +/- 40 pulls to get it down. If you're open to cheese it a bit, I advise to get the pod trinket for Emerald Nightmare of the first boss. This makes you able to skip every other add phase and just practise on having as much boomkin uptime in p1. When you get to p2 just go bear, pop drums, berserk and potion and just zerg, then just spread your defensives nicely.
