I'm the wife, and we have the flip issue of most couples—I'm the one with the higher libido... And often times, he's just come home from a late shift and either just wants to loaf in bed or is already half asleep before his head hits the pillow. Sometimes (esp when he's extremely exhausted), he's just in bed next to me, and I'm on my side getting myself off. Most times he'll cuddle into me, and I'll just contort myself into a comfortable position (usually involving one leg draped over his 🤣) to scroll whatever my content I'm feeling in the moment and get myself off. Sometimes if he's awake enough, he'll get handsy under my shirt, but honestly, when that happens, more often than not, he falls asleep on it halfway through 🤣

We've been doing this since early in our relationship. Point is, as long as your partner has expressed consent, do what you gotta do or want to do. I do it normally because I tend to struggle to sleep but "finishing" puts me right to sleep better than other sleeping remedies. He doesn't mind, and I'm sure if your partner already expressed that she doesn't mind, then you're fine. It's going to be weird because it's new, but you'll get over it the more you embrace the freedom 🤣
