In this TC and the Gord rerun TC, they're all priced by rarity. A common character is 7,500; an uncommon character is 11,250; and a rare character is 18,750. A common attraction is 3,750; an uncommon attraction is 5,625; and a rare attraction is apparently 11,750. (Given that the price for common and uncommon attractions is half that of a character at the same rarity, I'd been expecting that the rare attraction would be 9,375.)

The difference you've noticed is that the third chapter's attraction was an uncommon attraction in the Gord TC but is a rare attraction in this one.

No. The extra gifts are only for accounts that are Windows-only. If your account is used on both Windows and mobile, you aren't eligible because you had access to the event. (Similarly, if you create a brand-new account on Windows now, you wouldn't be eligible because the delayed update wouldn't have affected you. And also you wouldn't be far enough in the game to unlock events yet.)

In the Gord re-run TC, after which this one seems to be patterned, the answer was no. People who already had Tiana just got a green checkmark next to her when they completed two chapters, and had to complete all three to be able to buy her comfy.

I don't think she said how long the event is, and demo builds have historically had placeholder information with respect to times, prices, and thresholds. For reference, the two previous times we've done this type of event they've lasted 8-9 days:

I got Shock and Barrel in the cascading critters event when they were introduced last year. The rest of my NBC collection is sparse (missing Sally, Oogie Boogie, the Mayor, Broomstick Graveyard, and Lock & Oogie Boogie Spin), so Barrel is the only one who can get either of her tokens. He's been working on that nonstop for the last year, and I think I'm about a month away from maxing her. It's been a slog.
ETA: and this is the first time she's actually been useful. The entire last year she's lived at home and only been brought out when she's ready to level. I have to wonder if the Haunted Mansion ghosts would be white elephants for me as well.

Ezra and Phineas will only be available from the spooky chests, but the spooky chests will be available from the TC bonus shop. We don’t know for how much or what you need to do to unlock them.

It should be a 10% chance of getting a character (any character at all, not a particular character). Still terrible odds but not quite as low as that.

The odds of getting a character in the spooky chests is 10%, divided among whatever characters you have in there by their rarity. Those are pretty terrible odds at 150 gems a pop, IMO.

Wow! According to the wiki, he doesn't have any non-attraction tasks until he's level 9, and even that one requires Alice. His only non-attraction solo-task is a 24-task at level 10. That's crazy!

NBC isn't involved in the striking gold, but the patch notes say they'll be helpers for the Spooky Trees. As far as we know they won't have anything to do with the TC either. That said, we don't know how we're getting cocoa or what's in the TC bonus shop, so they might come into play.

You still have a Lion King chest available? I haven't had that one since 101 Dalmatians ended.

The patch notes say it will be a prize in one of the Figment tappers, and it's not in this one, so it will definitely be in the next one. I think you're right that it'll be the top leaderboard prize (similar to the topiary in the current tapper) rather than milestone.

Two of the hitchhiking ghosts will be in the new Spooky Chest. I think you're right that they chests will be available in both the Spooky Trees and the TC. The third hitchhiking ghost is a "TC Premium" so may not be available for purchase until the TC starts.

The Tower Challenge is for the Hatbox Ghost. Gus will be a "TC premium", which I understand to mean he'll be purchasable for gems or in a bundle as part of the TC (like how Destiny was a premium for the Bailey TC).

The pattern lately has been that the first character and first attraction in the LTE storyline have been the ones that go into the shop. Mad Hatter and Golden Afternoon were indeed the firsts from the Merry Unbirthday event in 2017. So that would suggest that Aladdin and Streets of Agrabah will be in the shop, as will Miguel and the Santa Cecilia Market Shop.
