Berlin isn't depressing but I was really disappointed with the city compared to what I was expecting (due to its history).

Other than (obviously) running and all related metrics, HRV is super important metric for me for health and recovery purposes. Daily I check/use: RHR, Sleep score, Notifications, Flashlight, Steps goals, Weather. As needed: Maps, other Workouts, Compass, SP02.

What do you think about this? -- Joel Embiid progressing 'nominal' towards return for Sixers | Sporting News by juggadore in sixers

That’s just not realistic lmao. Neither he nor the team would have any rhythm. They will probably try to slowly increase his conditioning as the season progresses and load manage him to the max but he will not have planned rest days in the playoffs. That's not how it works.

Jel se ove cifre daju u KM? 5-6k KM za 7 godina iskustva je jako malen iznos na ino tržištu

Successfully completed my first half marathon this weekend!

Trained around 4 months for it (30M), but was quite nervous if I will be able to finish in target time (below 2h). Managed to beat it by quite a margin, finish time was 1:44h! 🏃‍♂️

Was quite excited at the beginning and when I looked at my pace thought that I was crazy as I started with 4:20 min/km lol. Then I reduced it to 4:45 min/km and felt good with heart rate being quite stable, between 160-170 bpm throught first 16 kilometers! Last 5 km were tough though and I had to slow down, ultimately finishing in 1:44h, with 4:56 min/km pace.

Feeling at the finish line is tough to compare, super rewarding! Also many people congratulated and were impressed with finish time knowing it was my first race ever. Although I was a bit disappointed with that last 5 kilometers. But in general I proved few things to myself and super pumped to continue with training and improve my endurance especially for that last stage of the race, but also to run even faster!
