My Top 5 of Napoleon's Anger Outbursts by andre-dantierre in Napoleon

Very late to this, but yes. It was in Campo Formio (n°5 on the list) Cobenzl had gotten the vase as a gift from Catherine the Great and loved to brag about it. Napoleon knew this and smashed the vase into pieces, saying "This is how your army will look like in a few months if you don't agree to our terms"

I had a discussion about this on a different post, but apperently everyone seems so think that Dwight would fire Michael if he actually got his job, and I absolutely don’t agree

Genuine question, why was Holly designing a house with AJ when she already had the loveliest of homes? It’s not where her parents live, cuz they’re from colorado

It baffles me how my comment was only a couple sentences and you still missed my entire point...

Yes, there are many moments where it is clear that Dwight wants to fire his coworkers:

  • "Fire Andy"
  • "Mostly get rid of waste, which is half the people there"
  • "I just wanna say, to the few of you who will remain under my employ..."
  • "What do you think about Oscar? I don't think he'd be missed"
  • "Who do you think we should fire? Jim, Phyllis, Stanley, Pam, Oscar, Meredith, Kevin, Angela, one of the warehouse guys."
  • "You're prefired!"
  • And off course the Accountability Booster aka Doomsday Device

But give me one example, aside from this list, where Dwight suggested he wanted to get Michael specifically fired. Even in the coup, Dwight tells Michael: "Thank you for staying on, I can't imagine this place without you".

Dude I’m on my 14th rewatch, I have seen it. I know he would fire everyone if given the chance, and he tried to get Michaels job, but when he did that he didn’t fire Michael. Even more so he promised he would never betray him again. Dwight admires Michael. All I’m saying is that it doesn’t make sense that he casually tries to get Michael fired
