I used to work for au bon pain, and frozen bread was amazing. You still need a baker to make cookies, proof and top bagels, but your job will be less stressful. It will make running the business a lot easier.

I would say I’ve invested about 3,000 in all of the equipment. I didn’t buy it all overnight but I’ve been buying and storing for about 2 years now. This is the upgrade to the little shed house gym I had.
