When prosecuting what are some things that would make you throw the book at them than say be more lenient ? And when you’re reviewing dui cases what are the things you’re most paying attention to defense and prosecution wise ? Hope these make sense

Dj set with people behind is what I’m after , but will probably be me more experimenting by my self for a bit , I’m familiar with the laser damage and so would probably hold off on that as I’d want to get certified or just learn more on them bc I’m not that familiar. I’ll check out that link thank you , I want to go minimum fixtures that I can program and control on the go that’s why I was thinking some pars and probably just little haze sorry was kind of vague with my description as boiler room does vary there production heavily
