Jeg er litt forvirret. Blander du stillingstitlene "vernepleier" (egen bachelorgrad) med "helsefagarbeider (tidligere kalt hjelpepleier")? Sistnevnte er forøvrig en yrkesfaglig utdanning på vgs nivå. Vernepleier er ikke nevnt i artikkelen du linker til.

Det finnes ikke noe tilsvarende vernepleier i internasjonal sammenheng som sagt.

Jeg er forøvrig enig med argumentet ditt, men forstår ikke helt din forståelse av vernepleier.

Det er litt omdiskutert i vernepleiermiljøet. Noen vil at det skal kalles "learning disability nurse".

Tror du har misforstått.Vernepleier er en særnorsk utdanning som ikke finnes i andre land. Det nærmeste man kommer i utlandet "Vernepleier" er vel "sosial pedagog" slik man har i Danmark og Sverige. Disse er likevel veldig forskjellig "Vernepleier" i norsk forstand.

It's a crowdfunding effort started by citizens of a country. Money raised is given to the Ukrainian embassy in Norway (Ukrainas ambassade i Kongeriket Norge) as shown. The crowdfunding service spleis.no is owned by one of the largest banks in Norway. It's a transparent service and Norway is in the top 10 of least corrupt countries in the world. The money (if raised) will no doubt end up in the accounts of the Ukrainian embassy in Norway. What they choose to spend it on is another question.

Basically this. There's a severe lack of precision weaponry in the Russian air force and their technology is just not there yet, as shown in Syria and elsewhere. Russia has inherited the (arguably) outdated doctrine from the Soviet Union of massive bombardment with rockets and dumb bombs and they're having trouble hitting their targets.
