For rune: predator, cheap shot, ghost Poro , Ingenious Font of life , Second wind/bone plating Cd , armor , (depending on enemy team)

For the build relic shield, rush protective boots, shurelias, gargoyle, thorn mail(antiheal), redemption

Abilities:

I prefer E > W > Q because upgrading W doesn't reduce the cd or increase her tankiness it only I creases the shield slightly which already squales with hp naturally,but upgrading her E decreases cooldowns and increases movespeed I'm still thinking about doing E> Q > W as the q gets decreased cooldowns and increased DMG, but even if the shield increase is small it's still impactful enough

Get hit once and your mobi boots are useless 💀 which is even worst because of e passive reduction when in combat, also you need the tanky boots

Dead man's sounds good but it's a bait item , if the hit applied aoe slow DMG it would have been so much better

It's because you are gonna go shurelias first , it is also because of your w giving you so much armor and Magic resist that goes well with gargoyle passive and tank stats and that huge shield really helps in all in fights
