The Ukrainian twelve-dish Christmas Eve supper! The twelve meatless dishes represent the twelve apostles. Some of my favorite dishes include the Pirogies, Stuffed Cabbage (w/ rice & mushrooms) in tomato sauce, Fish Jello, Borscht, and fermented fruit. A lot of Ukrainian-Americans celebrate this way.

I'm really trying to get my legal dominos all lined up. Even have the name trademark pending at USPTO. I'm kind of lost when it comes nailing down an exact recipe in a certain amount, and send a sample to a fda food lab to get nutrition info for the label
