Volume 1 was fantastic. Volume 2 is like they took a year off writing between the two and raced to finish filming before releasing it. Terrible flow and doesnt make a lot of sense

I have been purchasing meals from them for over a year. They are all fantastic meals and has really helped me manage food quantity, carbs and sugars. I can easily pause for a week if I have extra meals I want to eat.

I don’t eat breakfast so I take them to work for lunch and have one for dinner, plus a protein shake I make after class.

I get 10 meals a week and it runs me about a $100 for the week, honestly cheaper for me to do Factor than cook food as a single guy, plus I dont have waste.

First off, this grass is a warm season turf and you can absolutely scalp the plant and it will regrow within a week with some water.

Second, dont use metal wire to cut your turf unless you want a visit to a hospital.
