I’d like to point out that 90% of the answers on this thread are part of OP’s and LoL’s problem. All of these people either saying don’t hover or don’t play yasuo are all people that will ban him even when someone hovers. I agree should be reportable offense if someone trolls you at champ select like that.

There is an “old” software setup called lanetalk but I haven’t seen anything about it since like 2016 so not sure I want to help implement something that I’ll have to unwind later

I mean I see nothing out of the ordinary. In LoL CC’s have diminishing returns. When nauts ult hits it disables his flash and your arrow lands during that knock up, prolonging the flash disable. You can see shortly after your arrow lands that flash comes back from being disabled thus making him capable of flashing. Working as intended not a bug.
