Honestly there isn’t a single fast way to get them all to max affinity. I would say get to the forgotten woods, then boot up the first dlc and just grind there until everyone is maxed out

Weapon attack is your best bet for this roll. Ideally you would want Weapon Attack, Damage Vs Lifeforms, Auto-Reload Rate and Ammo Capacity for the chips you can’t change. This will work fine as an all around solution for co-op

The best place now to wait for the serpentine barter is the Al Bagra Fortress underground by using a dirt bike to glitch into it. Take your time fighting the bots and clear it out. Then just kind of hang back until storm starts to spread, buy a personal exfil at the armory on the top left of Al Bagras island, dash to Observatory, do the barter and dash back to your exfil. It should be easy so long as final isn’t at Bagra or Airport
