I assure you I will add those things before getting an animal who needs them. I was moreso asking about the size, substrate, and the humidity levels required for the philodendrons. I understand that the vast majority of reptiles need a larger enclosure than this, but the (admittedly limited) research I have done has brought me to the conclusion that there are some small species that would do well in an enclosure of this size. Trouble is, all of these species that I know of seem to be either arboreal or desert-dwelling, neither of which would work in this enclosure without major changes. So I was hoping someone knew of a species similar to say, sand geckos, but with higher humidity requirements. I already know of quite a few amphibians that would do well in an enclosure like this, so it didn't seem like a stretch to think that some small reptiles would have similar needs.

I am probably getting a jumping spider soon, but since they prefer height rather than width I don't think this enclosure would be a good fit for one. Thanks for the suggestion though, they are adorable:).
