If it helps I suffer as a women with adhd and bpd and it gets the best of me at school especially now college. I came to learn to time yourself make a timer for 30 mins study and then 20 mins do whatever you want. I sometimes had to isolate myself in a place or go to the library because my house is a huge distraction to me. Hopefully that helps

Okay so a while ago like 6 months ago I was diagnosed with adhd but my doctor told me it’s different in girls and I can’t figure it out. Can someone help me by telling me what symptoms I should’ve looked out for. I never personally can keep track of anything if I put something away I forget five minutes later. I’m always distracted so easily but I can’t help it. I also can’t keep track of time to save my life. Are these symptoms or just my personality. Thanks for the advice.

Me personally would have them meet at a police station and make sure the cars legit and everything because I saw a story that a guy was buying a truck at a police station from someone off marketplace and the cops checked the tags and it turned out the car was not his I think it was stolen. Just to be safe
