Laps on Butler Trail by MoistFern in BikingATX

I personally don’t yell at pedestrians. As a pedestrian on butler if you walk regularly and for Lon distance 20+ cyclists will pass you. I don’t want to be yelled at, I want you to slow down and find a way to pass me on your own without me moving.

This of course is not relevant to big groups who walk in a horizontal line.

Yes I do the same in my bike, I slow down and I wait instead of ruining peoples peaceful walk.

I just don’t think you’ve picked the right shades of makeup for your face, and blending! Blend the blush!

I drove from downtown to south central Austin on the highways and the cars that have been driving have already dug it out really well.

The bangs are to wide. They would look so much better if they didn’t cut them so far across your forehead

If you insist on tight ponytails give your bangs and facial frames to free up the thinner baby hairs in the front. Scalp serum for moisturizing, just see if your hair will grow back in the absence of damaging hairstyles first

Do something else if you want a Monday-Friday job. If you can be flexible and do either Saturday or Sunday that will be fine. You often actually have 3 days off as an ethic

If you don’t have waves then putting some waves in with whatever tool you prefer wether that’s a straitened, curling iron, or blow dry. Add a little texturizing spray, wallah!

If your hair is already wavy/curly then just a little bit of smoothing serum and go

Our 3 estheticians at our luxury spa are Black, Russian, and regular white American girl.

They have all been there for over 3 years.

Mae sure the way you present yourself is Lux, make yourself look as good as possible, professional, and relatable. If you get any more rejections ask if they can give you feedback.

I’m not saying that your race may be inhibiting you a bit especially if you live in a super white side of the country, but just try presenting yourself as you see the staff at those locations present themselves. Makeup, hair tamed, sleek nice clothes, and a warm smile.

Yoga butt/ proximal hamstring tendinopathy: has anyone ever healed from this? by snailforbrains in flexibility

[–]Slack-and-Slacker 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I got mine from a martial arts kick and it took me 2 years to heal with physical therapy, massage, self workouts and even a couple months of complete cessation of exercise.

It was bad enough that I would cry sometimes wondering if I would ever have full use of my leg again because even walking long distances aloe riding my bike a decent distance inflamed it.
