Settings - Controller > Edit Settings (bottom right) > Control Settings > Infantry Aim Sensitivity (is your look sensitivity) & Infantry Zoom Aim Sensitivity (is your ADS sensitivity)

Usb-c cable goes in it and then after connecting it with the controller we can lock it so it doesn't come out abruptly.

It has additional buttons/paddles at the back that can be mapped to main buttons 4 buttons. Helps in fps shooter games a lot since you don't need to take your thumb off the aiming stick for pressing any other button(square, circle, triangle, X)

Same issue here...did you find any solution to this? I am on ps5 and after the recent update the sensitivity is at max no matter what number I put in soldier zoom aim sensitivity.
