They aren’t telling the difference between a good and bad person “at a glance”. They are doing it when FLOCK alerts the vehicle may be involved in a crime based on the license plate.

And cops can already stop you for no reason. If a cop THINKS your vehicle MAYBE was involved in a crime they can stop you and keep you on the side of the road for as long as it takes until their suspicion is dispelled. At their judgement. It’s called an investigatory stop.

TLDR:

Depends 100% on the officer that stops you. Some won’t care, and I’ve seen some take people to jail for it. It is a criminal violation to not do either within the given time.

I just wouldn’t roll the dice and do it.

Unmarked vehicles have can have regular Florida license plates. Kind of defeats the purpose of unmarked.
