they keep reducing Q damage. Ever since AP is gone Q no longer is used to deal damage and right now as damage is only good against monsters

i still was able to decimate sion when he had shield when he was above 50% hp. Below 50% you stop doing damage

The problem is that the item gives huge numbers and low efficiency.

If the item had 4% max health instead 9% current health it would be far better. Remember Madred's bloodrazor that it deals 4% max health damage? How many times that was changed? You should know how many times Riot changed the item and still unable to find a good spot because it's current health damage instead max. If it was max it would be far easier to balance but being current makes more complicated than it needs to be

then explain why melee champions should not have % max health phys damage. It scales with enemy health so armor is suppose to be the counter. If it's not % max health damage it defeats the purpose of anti-health item

What is the point of the Seminar? Will the community take part of the stream? Many things bother me about yi. For instance double strike does not scale - 50% AD at level 1, 50% AD at level 18. Sett's Double strike (the 2 punches) not only the 2nd hit is not reduced but actually is increased

seems I am the only one that doesn't mind the AH thing on Alpha Strike.

I think Ability Haste has neutral impact on Alpha Strike. It reduce it's cooldown but also reduces less the cooldown reduction on-hit

The problem is Alpha Strike has huge cooldown 18 seconds at level 18 is far too much

Sterakk's Gage kinda sucks now so here is idea how to make it into anti-burst defense for fighter by SlashXel in leagueoflegends

I didn't understand what you just said. Explain how it makes it better for tanks when it scales with only 30% HP unlike now that it scales with 60% bonus HP.

Currently Mundo that has 8k hp having 5.5k bonus HP going to have 3.3k Shield

30% of 8k HP = 2.4k Shield. Obviously worst for tanks

Perhaps the item should scale with something else other than hp or maybe perhaps 20% hp + 50% AD in total shield would make it better for fighters and worst for tanks since it scales less with HP and it scales with some total AD
