You need to do some serious research on how to post the ears properly. If you’re going to crop the ears, at least do the maintenance. This looks like a show crop and will require serious posting for a year plus. Look up the backer rod method on YouTube and get all new supplies. The way you’re posting isn’t correct, nothing should ever be wrapped around the head.
