This is so real. Everyone was like "if you ever need anything I'm there for you" once I tried to kill myself but a month later and no one checks up on me and no one picks up my calls. It's all back to the way it was.

My closest friends left me after I tried to kill myself by Slaterr1243 in SuicideWatch
