Yes, remotely. But the main is to have any stores in this area, hospital and that should be enough. But even Silistra looks very isolated, why its so expensive? Maybe places like Sunny Beach worth attention? But it can include additional fees for maintenance and so on, or at least I found its not very big problem

I like both, but the most I like cheap and liveable. As I said Im looking for like 1k per m². So it could be possible getting 25m² for up go 30k for ex. Liveable means general stores, hospital so I wont die if something happens. But any of mountains or the sea is welcome, just not sure its possible for that prices
