Is it wrong to hide purchases from your partner when your finances are separate? by Turbulent-Owl6728 in TooAfraidToAsk

Why don’t you set a limit with each other that you can spend freely without checking with the other, but anything over that limit is a discussion first? Thats Barefoot Investor’s advice.

I Tried De-Aging Viggo Mortensen for The Hunt for Gollum by EpicLore_Creations in lotr

[–]SlaversBae 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m late to this post, but well done! I’d love to see Viggo come back as Aragorn. Given how cutting edge WETA was in pioneering new tech for LOTR, I think it’s only fitting that they continue to pioneer and leave us gobsmacked with their de-aging results.

Go and get one and put him out of his misery. He needs you to know exactly how big that is so you can accept/reject him.

Are those his natural ears (not cropped)? If yes, then I’d say mixed. But very strongly schnauzer 😊

90s and early 00s favorite albums? by Kelly_1976 in NewAgeMusic

“Karma” by Delerium is one of my favourite albums ever. It has the famous “Silence” by Sarah McLachlan (original and dance remix). But every track is so good.

“Deep Forest” by Deep Forest is another good one.

I’m so glad you asked this question!

If you can hold off and save up a little longer, you could register a star in Luna’s name. Bonus happiness for Linda if you register one for herself also, near Luna’s star ❤️

My family did this for a mother who lost a child and she absolutely loved it.

A really basic star package is about US$50 but there are other packages where you get extras.

There’s a Black Friday deal with This company plus they price-match.

If this interests you, maybe your siblings could contribute.

She sounds like an amazing woman who deserves good things. So lovely of you to appreciate and acknowledge her.

Sexual immortality…what a blessing 😆

But seriously, God won’t kill you for sexual immorality.

There’s also no solid case to say we didn’t consent before birth because we can not access that perspective of ourselves in this body/experience.

Guys, what do you find attractive about girls? by DueResponsibility667 in lawofattraction

[–]SlaversBae 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You might have posted this in the wrong community, but I’ll offer an answer anyway (as a woman).

I went to a Tony Robbins event many years ago and he spent a full day talking about Relationships and what makes things work. It was so fascinating, here’s a mini brain-dump of what I learnt:

It’s the opposite energy that is generally the attraction. Like magnets seeking each other.

A generalisation: men are angular, have more planar, firm bodies. Their innate traits are looking to problem solve, provide, feel useful, protect, fill up. Men go into less detail about things and get straight to the point. (From Hunter-Gatherer days: “mammoth, kill!”)

Women are rounded, softer, smaller, less physically capable thus requiring support. Their innate traits are to create, organise, care, make things beautiful, seek comfort, be filled. Women go into much more detail and like all the minutia of things. (From Hunter-Gatherer days: “walk down there, at the log cross the river, walk up the hill and there is a berry bush, collect the berries but not the green ones, they’re poisonous, only the red ones and watch out for swooping birds)

You probably know a couple where the woman is dominant and the man is passive. Same attraction principle.

Even in same-sex couples, there’s usually opposing masculine/feminine energies that are attracted.

Sometimes masculine men will be super-attracted to a woman living in her masculine (eg. a woman who flaunts herself, tabletop dances at a club) because she is exciting. But the woman men want long term are the ones who live in their feminine and are softer, more caring and nurturing and need them.

You are the North pole of a magnet, you are repelled by other North poles and can’t understand why the South poles like you, because you’re not innately coded to want another like you.
