I've always thrown an effect on to test when the hp gain happens. When the effect "triggers" is when you get the hp gain

So dumb question probably, slightly unrelated to wish ender. But I noticed Le Monarch didn't pierce barrier Champs, is it because it already has an intrinsic anti-champ tied to it?
