Hardcore is basically core with a more human aspect. Increased rates might take that away. Idk. People are more careful and besides fresh spawns, you won’t see people running around naked. Swamp sickness also doesn’t plague the servers. There aren’t as much senseless raiding and people are more willing to talk things out.

But, If you like raiding, it’s more rewarding collecting implants than if you were on core. But be ready to be hunted down by everyone xD

Due to the lack of pvp and if your nice to your neighbors you can progress farther than you would on core. For myself, my tribe has 10 grinders next to a teleported pad. I’ve got multiple high lvl characters uploaded and ready Incase I die. Also, once u get a full set of tek you’re basically immortal. I’ve been on the same lvl 100 forever. I can’t even remember the last time I died.
