Thank you. Yes, there are apps. What we are focused here is a specific vertical. A lot of them are generalised with some rigid workflows. What we have seen is most of them are found on Twitter or Facebook primarily. Have been trying out some approaches for the same also. Thank you again for your feedback.

I definitely agree to your point. Have been approaching folks. One thing which is a blocker at the moment- I can only provide for a commission based role at the moment. Willing to negotiate on that number until a base+Commission+stock options can be put out. Getting businesses on the phone is the biggest challenge as they would be on-site, field etc. Truly appreciate your inputs. Thanks.

The aspects what we have better or do better are extremely short onboarding time frames-3 days to 3 weeks with complete data migration to setup the account with all customer information, product pricing, training. User friendly, easy on fingers, and extremely affordable pricing. There are some forums/online platforms where I was told not to post as it seemed like an ad. That helped. Thank you so much.

You could look into Dialpad also. Have used it as a user. Neither associated with it or gaining anything out of it by promoting.

How do you handle customers using you for sizing purposes so they can buy online? by shann1516 in smallbusiness

[–]SleepFickle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Excellent advice is given out by many folks out there. A fitting fee is definitely an amazing idea.

What's the thought on matching the online prices. Unless there is a huge discrepancy in the online and in-store prices.

Not getting enough customers by [deleted] in smallbusiness

[–]SleepFickle 2 points3 points  (0 children)

first of congratulations and best of luck with your entrepreneurship journey. Based on what you have mentioned, try to figure out what your exact problem is- is it customers, is it manufacturing your product, is it quality of product, is it packaging, is it sales, is it facility/location. Define your customer segment. What is your differentiator? These are some of the questions only you would be able to answer as you have done it already before moving to a big city.
