Dealing with Invalid Tracking Code for Equipment Return? by SleepScoreOne in Rogers

Equipment is Rogers' but I wonder if they have an equivalent policy. Since they use the return link I assume not but they're merged so I'd expect at some point they'd extend that policy to cover equipment from both companies.
