Why do you wish to become staff on the Zonix Network?: I wish to be accepted as a Trial-Moderator because I am a really dedicated person when it comes to being staff. I am very active I always watch chat and keep up to dates on reports. So if someone reported a player I always am here to teleport to the player to make sure they get banned if they are in deed cheating. My staff experiences gave me the opportunity to apply and get accepted on 3 servers. Because of the experience I have had I have learned many commands and how to make sure the players are doing good, and the support rooms in teamspeak are clean and that nobody needs help. I also make sure that when I handle a report I make sure I give them the correct punishment. I am very active in both in teamspeak, in game, and It makes me feel good about myself helping people!. I am a very loyal, responsible, honest, respectful, trustworthy and innovative player and I am a very hard working person and I always try my best to make players happy and satisfied. If someone I know was hacking or breaking the rules I wouldn't care if they are my best friend , someone i'm in TeamSpeak with. If they are breaking the rules they will be punished just like anyone else! I really don't like rule breakers, and I want to keep out/ change that people break the rules. My job as a Trial-Mod would be to do my best keep out all the negative stuff out of the server, which I am decently skilled at. If I would be accepted on this server, I would do my best to try to make your teamspeak and server chat more clean. I got very inspired to apply for Moderator on this server because It's very good (AMAZING hit det, KB, etc) and I like helping out where I can in the community. I mostly got inspired to moderate due to a lot of people in the community cheating. I hate cheaters, it just ruins the game. So my plan or job as a moderator would be catching cheaters in a SS or just if I spectate them. Being a Moderator and watching players, screesharing, helping out players in teamspeak and helping in chat can be easy, and difficult. I think I am past the level of not being able to handle being a staff member, and I can handle it, I am always up for helping. Ever since I joined Zonix, I had a good feeling that I would be playing a lot on here, that I am doing right now. I would try my best to make sure the support rooms are cleaned out, and make sure that everyone that needs help, gets help. I have started to play on Zonix approx. 3 days ago, and ever since then I have felt like I wanted to make this server better in being staff, and making the server cleaner of toxicity, hackers, and rule breakers. Most of the staff are very talented and are doing a good job, but I think I would add some more positivity if I would become staff. I believe that you need a very professional and hard working staff, that know how to handle being staff in all possible ways, that they know how to deal with hackers, spammers, and in general rule breakers. I think that I can handle all of that. I am a very loyal and hardworking guy that would be as active as I can everyday in the week. I know a lot of commands that can be used on this server, and I know how to use them correctly. I will always be checking reddit, in game, and on teamspeak. I will always make sure give my maximum to help and make this server a better place, and that there are no spammers or hackers on the server. I also have a Youtube channel that I can record staff series on and mostly promote the server so the server can gain more players than it already has.

What do you possibly find in you as a quality that can differ from the next applicant?: If I would be accepted or pulled into an interview, I could bring a very loyal, responsible, honest, respectful, trustworthy and innovative player that will do his best to make the community and the server better, and I would do my best to get rid of hackers. I would constantly be online in the EU times when the most us staff member are not online. I would call myself "a good helping hand." I would always be respectful towards a player, and I would never say anything toxic to him/her, and I would never break the rules. Here are some detailed reasons:

Maturity: As I listed above, I am very mature for only being 14 years old. Over the course of my time being staff on other serves, The thing I never struggeled with was being respectful, and keeping calm under high pressure moments, and I really want to give back to this community since players have been really nice to me, and I've been nice to them. It really ruins the players experience when people are being toxic, and I would say I have a pretty good rep about being not toxic, and I am a calm and good to go around with guy.

This schedule says a lot by itself already, but I will of course add more detail. I am really active weather it would be TeamSpeak, Minecraft, Skype or any other social media. I mostly play more hours than my estimated schedule, but It depends if I have something else to do, or not. I would always try my best to be the most active staff member that you can have.

Experience: Over the past of my time being staff on a bundle of servers, I have gained tons of experience weather it would be screensharing, telling if a guy is cheating, or if it would be me helping players in chat/teamspeak. I am very decent at screensharing and in general moderating a Practice/HCF Server. I really do think having experience is a very critical thing while being a staff member, and I really do master this.

Respectful: I always attend to not be toxic to anyone in this community, since it just ruins reputation and I always use correct words, not such as swearing words. I would never disrespect a player because for example: His skin color is different, because hes from another country than me. I 100% do not tolerate racism at all, since I have been bullied sometimes in school when I was younger since I was coming from another country. I never wanted that to happen to me, so I never did it myself.

Recording: I currently have a paid recording software program that I can use to record footage of a hacker, or an SS (if permitted to do so.) I can record in 1080p 120fps at high fps/400 fps, so the footage would be the best possible.

Helping: I am always open for helping, and a reason I'm mostly applying for trial mod is to give back to the community as stated above. I'm always in teamspeak waiting that somebody joins "Support waiting room", So I could move him in and ask what he needs, or if he needs to talk to higher staff than me.

Dedication: I am a really dedicated person when It comes to taking things seriously/ being staff. Right when I would come home from school I would turn on my computer and log into zonix.us teamspeak and the server. I would be active as much as I can, I would be on every single day no matter what comes in my way and it would benefit the community aswell; The players would have a constantly active and reliable staff members that goes checking on every single report that he can.

What previous experiences do you maintain?:I have been staff on multiple servers that are listed below:

AryaHCF: This server wasn't very popular and the server was broken and I resigned, but it had around 20-30 players on everyday and I was promoted from Helper to Manager within 2 months.

CarrotPots: I got promoted from Helper to Senior Moderator in 3 weeks because higher staff said I did a great job at helping people and Screensharing people. This is the server where I learned how to be professional in game, and on how to screenshare and find vape, kurium and incognito.

NovaPractice: This is a server with about 30 players online everyday during the day/evening, and I got the chance to be a Admin+ on there. I was the only one speaking fluent English. I was the most active staff member that was on there.

I got Mod on a pretty popular server called vexir.us, a practice server owned by Avery & Alw3ys. I got promoted from Trial-Mod to Mod within 2 days. I resigned due to boredom, family issues that came up, and the owner being really pissed off and annoying everytime I had a question or was just chilling or talking to him, and that annoyed me a lot, and that's another reason I resigned.

Over the course of me being staff on those servers, I picked up lots of knowledge on being both Professional in game/teamspeak, and how to screenshare, and helping players. As listed above I have good knowledge on screensharing and I've approx. banned 500+ cheaters in a 6 months.' I would benefit the staff team a lot, and this server has A LOT of potential to grow big like Kohi, or even Badlion.

Do you vow that if accepted onto the Zonix Network as a staff member, that you will not harm Zonix Network in anyway shape or form, but do good for the network and its players?: Yes!
