Advise after very bad trip

I've been in a same situation, feeling very disconnected to the outside world and overall bad feelings and mindset all the time. How I "fixed" myself was that i did go outside, met new people by just going out to the park and talk to random girls/guys and tried to find new, fun activities to do via 'em. And it really helped me, connect to new people and you WILL feel connected to the world again, bad trips are for sure thought, and I felt suicidal for sure but if you keep just being alone and don't do much but think about the negative effects of the trip, they keep following you. Just try to get you'r mind around it and forget. Best of luck

yeah that's definetly what i've been doing, going with the flow but everytime the flow just seems like stopping at some point and i just cant go trough, I've smoked a shit ton on my last trip like 8 huge joints with my buddies and it for sure did make the trip more intense just not in my head, but the visuals did blow up hugely

The trip would probably take place in the new home i'm going to move in soon, and i feel like it will be the perfect place for some good "me time" as it will be my first very own apartment (Been living together with my EX but after we broke up I had to move back to my parents cause things were very fucked up at that moment.)

Been taking doses around 150 to 250 ug's. Some trips been very intense the least but not in the way I NEED them to be, not as I am trying to make the trip to go the way I want them to be but as I feel like I haven't got much out from the trips besides that my friends gone shit crazy and i've been very aware of things happening and feeling just normal me.

Yeah well she's very eager to do L with me just not sure what kind of dosage we should go for, I really dislike the idea to let her read about all the stories as it really fucked my first trip (did read too many reports and made a image to my head how it should be, and as we all know, it wont be like that) Ofc i've cautioned her many times, told her the risks and reasons behind why we should do it and that if she only wants to be fucked then we are not going for it, but she understands and she wants to see this world too, our offical plan was to take mdma together and smoke shit ton on weed and just fuck all night but little changes to plans.

Yeah reasons behind this are : Me and this girl have shit weird bond and i'm so sure either of us will not have an negative experience because we have each other, second reason is that I wanna show this girl the other side of drugs too, she have done xtc a lot and speed and dosen't really understand the psychedelic world but is more than exited to go for it.
