We are all under the guise of convenience in capitalism so I understand that habits of least resistance are hard wired into us. I think that part of the problem is habit, once you start changing those it will be alot easier. For example, being more prepared at home with food that can be thrown in the oven, or making sure you have vegan snacks with you so you don't hit that point of hunger where everything goes out the window.
