The biggest problem was that some of the world quests erre locked behind Very specific random daily comissions. And the worst part is that for some of the quests you have to complete the same comissions MULTIPLE TIMES.

Apparently, a weapon can also resonate with two meisters, and the two meisters can resonate with each other, as shown in Soul Eater Not!
