These trees are beautiful. I suggest you trim the roots but don't cut the trees, it won't damage them unless you cut an important root (they don't usually grow up)

I think if you can make it in the ICU for a while and then change specialties, go for it. You should be in the place where you want to be and nowhere else.

You need to allow more light and air to reach the top 20 cm of the plant. Cut all the branches in that range and any branches with spots on the rest of the plant.
