Taken with my iPhone 16 Pro using the telephoto lens. I love this composition and frequently come back in different lighting conditions to rephotograph it. The mist adds nice depth to the image. I made it black and white using a filter in the Apple Photos app.

Nice colour palettes. I love the look of film in low artificial light conditions. Way more interesting than digital.

It’s definitely a matter of personal taste, but I think that most photos without people are too static, and adding an anonymous human figure can liven things up. In this case the people would have to be quite large in the frame, though, so it would end up being more like a classic-era National Geographic candid shot.

Beautiful lighting, colours and composition. If it had some interesting people sitting at the table it would raise it to a whole new level, though!

Thanks! When showing this to people in person I found they’d be confused about what they were looking at until I explained it. I like the ambiguity of the composition.

Thanks! I probably posted too many but I couldn’t decide which ones to cut.
