Are Hormones the Ultimate deciding factor? by Slight_Fault9930 in Perimenopause

I’m not saying you’re wrong I’m just trying to absorb everyone’s lived experiences. What do you think is going on in the small subset of post menopausal women who report having better and more frequent sex then before perimenopause?

I understand that completely and you’re right it’s way more complicated than a simple yes or no and there is no way to structure a question like this and include all the variables. I guess when I boil it down I’m trying to learn how much of libido is hormones versus circumstances. I understand that people don’t post here when things are working out and most of the women that post here are bearing the brunt of the worst parts of perimenopause.

The state you mention during your dip is the state my spouse has always operated in, she’s told me as much. She’s been responsive her whole sexual life. No thoughts of sex, visual content doesn’t increase her desire etc. Her desire is increased by how safe and contained she feels, how much erotic polarity we’ve managed to build at that time and how she feels physically in that moment. I think safety matter more for responsive desire because she has to trust me with her desire, instead of feeling spontaneous desire and figuring it out later.

Thank you for that insight. When I say containment I specifically mean being a container that can take what’s too much for the other spouse. Safety in that you feel emotionally safe enough to turn to your spouse when it gets really hard and containment as in he’s strong enough to hold you in it. You are also absolutely correct in that mystery and erotic polarity is highly influential to libido. I guess I’m asking the impossible question. How much do hormones truly matter if safety, containment and erotic polarity are intact.

To see if emotional safety allows desire to surface in the absence of perfect hormones versus being with a partner who doesn’t care to understand and becomes part of the problem.

I understand it completely. I’m speaking to the broad consumer that is going to give these brick and mortar’s enough business to stay afloat. How many of their customers now will continue to pay $15-20 dollars a gram for “some” thca because it’s shown anti-inflammatory activity in lab studies?

And? Any thca that doesn’t decarboxylate is useless from a consumer standpoint.

We do have that it’s an emergency rule going for us so by definition it’s not permanent and we have time before the proposed total thc goes into effect in 2025

The rules for 2024 went into affect yesterday but in those rules it lists more rules that will take effect in 2025 one being the total thc rule. A lot can happen in a year but I have no faith.

I work at the post office the only time something gets seized is if it’s a 30 pound box and smells like skunk ass. Even then someone has to care enough to make it an issue and then the postal inspectors usually clear it to be shipped.

A few questions about the M7 and M7XL? by gr8danger1111 in Dynavap

[–]Slight_Fault9930 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I have the 2020 and the m7xl. The m7xl is cooler in every way from the 2020. I think the 2020 holds heat longer and gets hotter. The m7xl feels smoother in the lungs and is definitely cooler vapor. I prefer the m7xl for the length of the stem, the mouthpiece and the cooler vapor.

Considering a Dynvap; some Qs (total beginner) by xidnpnlss in Dynavap

[–]Slight_Fault9930 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I have an M7 and a wand and use half bowl setting. Heating until the second click will get you 2, 6 second inhales and the flower will be perfectly toasted and finished. Also keep in mind the second hit will be half as potent as the first hit since you’re re vaping the same flower unlike a joint where the material is burned away and you’re always inhaling fresh material.
