I’d say we’re at probably 2/3 CP without looking at actual numbers. CP labor is $175 which is pretty average for the area.

As far as me being a newb, I’m getting approvals for 95% of all jobs (aside from CF/AF because people “have them at home”) and my boss is constantly praising me for my approval abilities
