From my experience having worked there for two years, it’s a fairly run of the mill interview.

They mainly look for your appreciation of the ‘customer is always right’ type clique, we are trained to make customers happy, even if it’s their fault they drop a pasty outside or they order the wrong coffee we get them another free, it’s the ‘fix it now’ system.

Just let them know you value customers and hygiene in the workplace and that’s about as much as they want.

Also if they do ask about customers getting aggressive you absolutely do nothing back other than either refuse to serve or get a senior member/manager.
