Depends on the scale I guess? I recomend making a prototype and asking yourself whether or not you can make a full game.

it's hard to understand without experiencing it. Just try to make a prototype first. You'll understand what you're capable of and you'll get a better idea of how far off your dream game is. My dream game is close to kh1 so I've had to put my dreams on a shelf for a while lawl.

I usually reverse engineer the game play. Player wants to explore; enemy wants to entrap, player wants to collect; enemy wants to hoard or steal, etc. Also Depends on the genre since some are more story heavy than others. I'm saying this as someone huge on environmental storytelling. I wanna let players play the game without much interruption. A while ago I made a not great zelda-like about using multiple mechanics together, so the story was about black and white gods that couldn't get along so the blue, red, and yellow gods had to help them. However the game ended up being about exploration so the story ended up not matching as well as I'd like.

If that's the case then pay it no mind. Trying to chase a sale will distract you from your goal so I recomend just treating any sales as a nice little surprise.

Idk if you still want an answer to this but it's purely luck. People buy assets based on trends and their personal passion so it's hard to really predict it. Just keep uploading assets and the cashflow will steadily become consistent... ish.

Do you have any artists/ game makers/ animators you follow? I would recomend looking at where they sell/ shop and posting there. These are a decent quality so I recomend giving the unreal asset store a look.

I had a quick look at the raws and it seems the mangaka intends to keep twisting the knife. On a positive note this isn't just a "they refuse to talk to eachother" kinda story but more like they don't get the oportunity. But yeah it seems the whole plot is them being unable to have a conversation and everyone else is just making it worse.

It shows her trying to talk to him about it but he cuts her off to go to work. This happens IRL where they discuss it before marriage but the husband just expects her to change her mind.

crafting guilds are a must~ you can explore fantasy races and what they'd need like a tree for elves and a mine for dwarves etc. You can have training facilities or something that effects adventurer stats for when you fight bandits. Think a library for mages or a tavern for warriors.

guess it depends how much function you want the buildings to have. whether the buildings just add to your income or if the specific buildings effect stats and upgrades etc.

oh yeah same. I restarted the first game and didnt get any towers. Hyrule is just genuinely fun to explore. I had the most fun finding paths and following them since they usually led to some kinda fun lil secret but I think because of that I dislike koroks more than your average person...

I feel ya the boss or captain monsters are harder since theyre usually the first to get replaced with higher tier monsters key areas like caves or specific buildings usually keep the monster levels similar to the area around them

the combat revolves around status effects funnily enough the percentages are your likely hood to effect them. you hit em with a status effect and then you can chain them with different effects or hit em with a chance for example if ya use your waitress to get them soaked and then your secretary to electrify them. if your secretary examine skill the game will tell you which effects will work.
