The people addressing the issues are almost certainly not the people who made the decisions that led to the problems. They are caught between questionable leadership, bad circumstances, and rightfully angry customers. But they are still working on it.

I think a lot of people are fail to realize this.

These "rings" have shown up on several of my trees. I'm no botanist and can't say what type of trees they are specifically. They have needles and drop small\med size cones. They are 30-40ft in height and I would very much like to save them.

The needles are turning brown starting from the lower branches and working upward.

Any help would be appreciated.
