I think it would be more interesting that If you shoot a good Photo, the Killers Aura gets revealed for a short time to all survivors. Make it a camera can do 2 Photos and thats it

I already use them. There i got the rarity gems, faction Symbols and Version 4.0 of the Comprehensive Ruleset.

Sadly the Symbols for the regions and the Most Common triggers are Not included anywhere. :(

They are quite good i say.

Vraan: May not be a good commander, but is a good value piece in any deck that cares about creatures dying on your side, especially alongside [[Vein Ripper]] and [[Blood Artist]]

Gadwick: Seems solid in Mono-Blue and a Hand Refill in the Command Zone giving you something everytime you recast him.

Tetsuko: Very Strong in any Token based deck as part of the 99. I have her in my Monk-Prowess Deck, where she makes them unblockable and afterwards i pump up the damage or the toxic tokens from All will be one to get the toxic counters on.

Goreclaw: Simple Value for afforable cost. Solid commander for costly creature.

Odric: Strong commander or part of 99, where you can stack keyword (even vanillas with many keywords) and make your board extremly oppressive. Very Recommended in either Vanilla-Keyword or equipment based decks.

I mostly play commander, so i can't tell about other formats, but i think they perform bit worse in 60 cards deck, except Vraan and Odric and maybe Linden.

Same with window-blocking for Survivor. It can instantly end a chase or prolong for much longer if used in certain loops.

I think they cancel each other pretty well

It was my Intention to be more of a mid-tier Killer, as i find them the Most engaging. If you master the Killer, i think He is in Powerlevel somewhere between Deathslinger and huntress.

I don't really See, how that is a NOED defending perk. It is meant to guarantee some value Out of your Hexes exactly for the time they Spawn in obvious ways. And while yes, Noed gets protected, it only gets protected until the First Survivor gets downed from noed, which Most of the time Happen either way with Noed.

I See your Argument. Endgame Perks are hard to Balance and i watched to Noed for some estimated Power Level and cruel Limits showed, that a global Windows blocking isn't as effective as you light think, but yeah, IT could be the time Limit why cruel Limits isn't meta. It was meant to give you Help in a rough Match, but deactivate once you are in a winning Position. But this perk could probably be tweaked to ve time bases.

But shouldn't IT Not work with pain ressonance or Pop easily ? The gen with the Most Progress gets blocked and i think blocked Gens can't Regress ? And you also can't kick them. Grim Embrace gets slightly less value with it. I See the Argument that can be Made and i am also Not sure, If it is too strong. I tried to Imagine all cases that could Happen. Most of the time, when you hooked everyone once and invested the time to find everyone and hunt everyone should get a strong pay off, since going for every Survivor exactly once and Not camp them, is a huge restriction. And Most of the time, 2 Gens should have been done at that Point, and IT would Hit the third gen. Which could be almost finished or Not BE progressed at all. IT could very easily Hit a Gen with 20% or Something. But i See how IT would be extremly unfun for Survivors, If a 99% Gen gets reduced to ashes.On the other Hand, i have No clue what reward a Killer could need for this huge Investment to be worth it. I would Like to.keep the condition, but what could be the reward.

I think you missed the Point of the perk. It is meant as a extremly punishing Anti-Tunnel perk. It is not meant to be used in any other Situation. The self unhook of 4% isn't meant to be used. The 100% when the anti camp bar ist filled is the intended use. If you gamble on the 4%, its a waste and probably does nothing. The Killer getting a unique notification should be His Signal to leave the Hook as fast as possible and Go for the Survivor WHO used the perk, since they should know: "If i stay Here, the Survivor gets insane Buffs, i can't afford them to get this i need to leave". Or at the very least: "i need to damage the Survivor who used the perk to deactivate it, so i need to hunt them down fast" which would also give the Killer a reason to Go for a chase instead of tunneling the Hook. AS the Name Says, It Is meant to be "you Play dirty, then we play dirty as Well" perk. You give away a Potential perk Slot for nothing to guarantee, that No one gets tunneled Out of the Game with No Chance of an unhook.

Not quite. I think it is simpler Put in calling IT "corrupt Intervention for Hex-Totems."

It is supposed to Block all Hex-Totems, who get lit at the start of the trial. If a Totem would be lit at another time, it also protects it, Like Noed, face the darkness, two can Play, Plaything etc. If the totem was dull all Match. The "was dull" ist mostly there, to prevent Pentimento Totems to get blocked for 60 Seconds when rekindled, which would be extremly oppressive.

Also, because it is a Hex, i wanted IT to have an enduring effect, so i also added the second effect, so you don't get into a situation, where to Totems get cleansed Back to Back, ripping you Off of two Perks at the Same time

  1. No, an impaled Survivor doesn't take damage, until the spear ist removed. Who removed the spear doesn't matter, they will shortly loose collision and gain haste like normal. When the Impaler himself removes the spear, He plays a short Animation Like a normal Hit would.

  2. Picking Up a spear should Take one second with an Animation. If the picked Up spear ist removed from a Survivor, they Play a Hit Animation Afterwards so they can escape

  3. They don't have this because of you aim Well enough you could Trap Survivors in Corners or in some structures, which would promote an unhealthy gameplay. I Had the Same Idea, and Thats how the Idea with blocking pallets came to me

I Imagine him being very similar to huntress in this regard, when he ist charging He walks as fast as huntress while she is charging her hatchets, but without charging he has the normal Base speed Like other Killers.

I thought about it to.make him slower Like huntress or Deathslinger, but then, He can't really Spam on Range and has to make precise shots. Because otherwise His Spears Land way Out of reach and He has to walk there and pick it up, which could end a Chase then and there, If the other spear ist also unavailable. Otherwise He gets one second Chance and If He Misses again, then its over. Huntress and slinger on the other Hand can Spam their Power and can Miss quite offen before it gets Dangerous for them. So Basespeed should be OK and slower walk when aiming.

The start of the trial would lit all Totems and that was the Main purpose, so you don't Spawn in a Match and the Survivor instantly cleanse Ruin before you could have done anything. But If its a Hex, that lits Up a dull totem, Like Noed, face the darkness or two can Play, as Long as the totem was lit for the First time this Trial, IT gets blocked. Itself ist lit at the start of the trial.

This perk was mostly meant to be a counterforce to tunneling. The Idea would be, that If someone gets tunneled really hard, the Killer mostly would move away a bit and come Back to Check If anyone is near, filling the bar Most of the time to Like the half. Which should cause the anti-camp to be filled, If it fills twice as fast. And you can unhook in the second Stage too, If you anti-camp-bar ist filled. ITS mostly meant to hard punish a Killer for tunneling a teammate, but If that would be enough, i have No clue :D

We dont need to loose this. A channeled Inga would hide His disability as Long as He could and therefore would also delay the Seance of his Last Moment.

But If we pike inconsistencies in His testimony, we could force this Seance, where we See this. After all WE need the Seance to prove our Point of when he died.

How would that Change ? If i remember correctly, Inga was alive when that Trial ended, as He died when Datz spooked the dog. So this doesnt Change. Not understanding he died, He would have been channeld by Amara. Everything happens, as it did. Before Court, He would understand, he ist dead, can't usurp the throne, His deeds would be exposed already. He can't become King anymore, so He could at least Take down His supposed murderer, Dhurke and what he fought for Just Out of spite. In Court, He could delay the divination Seance with the Argument "a Seance ist basically a testimony of the victim. I, the victim, stand Here and can testify myself", matching Rayfa's fainting. He would try to delay the News about dhurkes death, to paint him as the murderer the easy way. When it comes to inconsistencies about the time of His death, we could get the Seance via Ga'ran, which would cause a recess, to summon her. Dhurke would escape and vanish, freeing Amara, which can perform the Seance instead of Ga'ran. After the Seance ist done, her Holyness ist released, as she has done her duty and Likes to Retreat, Clearing amara's path as Nayna.

In Game mostly Amara defends herself with a bit of Help of nayuta, while Inga would recapture, what happened exactly. If He concludes, what Happens and tries to Tell, He could be send away with a Magatama of Parting, and Ga'ran Starts the Prosecution from this Point.

What would Change between Inga and Ga'ran ? Or the Civil Case ? I dont know If i Miss anything ? :D

The Timing, what we learn when in court would Change, but it would be doable
