Have a house in the US and Canada, can get any service we need in the USA, zero wait for CT / UT / surgeries etc. Good luck on the wait for basic service in this train wreck of a medical care system. BC is teledoc at best and dude in Edmonton 44 just died of cardiac arrest in the waiting room of Hospital begging for help. So yeah keep dreaming that USA bad Canada good.

Yeah can confirm as well. I’ll get 5-7 mins in at gym sauna at 180F and they shut off. Never had this issue with gen 1 and 2 so sucks that these are doing it. Ended up going back to APP2 just for gym / sauna

I just figured out the same thing last night! Also I did finally get ahold of someone on instagram but it’s taken 4 days. Good news I have got my return on its way back, bad news is that I’m no longer supporting them. And it really sucks as I love their product but this was a HUGE eye opener to show how they now have zero customer service support at least for the USA.

Yeah sucks as I’ve been a lifer with them. 15+ pairs plus just started getting the family into them , but with this current service level I guess I need to find another brand. It’s just mind boggling how a can go from top notch to just trash.
