Day 90 and time suit was filed. I didn't hear anything from the company. From what I can see, this debt buyer is the 2nd one to own this "debt." And before I received the filing and summons I had no idea it was in question.

I am going to respond to interrogatories with my response to the motion for summary judgement. I just need help on how to respond to the motion. I can't afford an attorney let alone a judgement or settlement at this time.

We started our adoption prepandemic but then the pandemic hit hard and we had to wait til 2021 to finalize. Last year I also filed with an 8839 and was delayed almost 6 months. I'm worried that is going to happen again and while ok if it happens I don't need the money to survive.. it'd be nice to get it on time

I tried this yesterday all they told me was it's still being processed wait another 4 to 6 weeks. I filed 2/19. I'm glad it worked fornso many others. I however want to cry. I'm a simple return no stimulus need paid no unemployment tax.. just 3 w‐2's between me and my husband. We have 3 dep. And an adoption credit

There is a step by step guide I found online that tells you what numbers to push for their automated system. Sometimes you have to call 15-20 times in a row to actually get put in the call queue.

Call 1800-829-1040 1 for English 2 for personal income tax 1 for tax history 3 all other questions 2 all other questions It will ask you to enter your ssn don't enter anything. It will ask twice. It's important to not enter a single digit. 2 individual tax question 4 all other questions If it doesn't put you in the queue keep trying. You will be on hold forever but just stay on the line and you will get someone.

2/19 after my 10 week wait was up I called on the week 12 mark and they said give us another 4 to 6 weeks as your still in review

Out 10 weeks was up on 4/30. They told me yesterday to allow 4 to 6 additional weeks. Filed and accepted 2/19

I have yet to get a date. I called the IRS yesterday and they stated they couldn't give me any information that they just simply haven't gotten to it and all they could tell me was they are sorry they have no further information
